Tell us about your project! By joining our platform and signing up for either the Restoration and Advisory Collective (RAC) or the Emerging Initiatives, your project can gain visibility and attract support through clear and impactful insights. Successful Emerging Initiatives may even be selected to become our featured pilot projects, gaining support and resources to scale their impact.

Our Approach to Project Support

At Collaborative for Change, we strive to make a meaningful impact through carefully selected pilot projects. To clarify our process and expectations:

  • We Are Not a General Funder: Collaborative for Change does not provide funding to projects outside of our pilot projects portfolio. If your project is not selected as part of this portfolio, we regret that we cannot offer financial support.
  • Focus on Current Areas of Interest: Before selecting projects, we conduct a thorough review of the region we intend to work in and prioritize initiatives aligned with our current focus. While our primary interests often include agroforestry and public health infrastructure, our focus may vary based on organizational goals and available resources.
  • On-the-Ground Involvement: Whenever possible, our team will work directly on the ground during agricultural or public health interventions. However, if we are unable to be physically present, we require:
    • Exact coordinates of the project site.
    • A written agreement detailing the work to be completed, the timeline, and the funds required. We will work with you on all of this.
    • Regular updates, including pictures and videos, to document each step of the process and ensure transparency and accountability.
  • Becoming a Pilot Project: To be considered for support, projects must first join Collaborative for Change as an Emerging Initiative. This is a prerequisite for being chosen as a pilot project. Please note that wait times for selection may vary depending on available resources and alignment with our priorities.
  • We Do Not Buy Land or Vehicles: Collaborative for Change does not purchase land or vehicles for projects. Our support is focused on the development and scaling of initiatives, rather than acquiring physical assets.
  • Land Agreements: All land agreements should be atleast 50 years
